Where is Aeromec Engineering?
Aeromec is at 191 Mills St, Strand, Cape Town, 7140, serving Strand, Somerset West and the greater Cape Town area.
What does Aeromec do?
Precision engineering: CNC and manual machining (milling and turning), welding and grinding, and spark erosion (EDM), for manufacturing, jobbing and production.
Do you take on once-off jobs, or only production runs?
Both. Aeromec handles single prototypes and once-off jobs as well as repeat production runs.
Which materials can you machine?
Steels, titanium, aluminium, brass and engineering plastics, among others. If you’re unsure about your material, ask when you send your drawing.
What do you need to give me a quote?
A drawing or 3D model, the material, and the quantity. A sample part works too if you don’t have a drawing.
Can you machine and weld the same part?
Yes. Machining, welding and finishing are under one roof, so a part that needs more than one process is handled in one place.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Our own vans collect and deliver across the area.
